Refund Policy

This Refund Policy supplements our Terms of Service (Section 16, Billing and Payment). It explains when refunds are available and how to request one. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.

1. Merchant of Record

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as the merchant of record for your purchase. Paddle issues refunds on our behalf when approved. Your contract for the Proyecta services remains with Proyecta Labs, Inc..

2. Subscription (Platform) Fees

Prepaid Platform Fees are non-refundable except where: (a) required by applicable law, (b) Proyecta Labs, Inc. materially breaches the Terms and fails to cure within 30 days of written notice, or (c) we terminate your Account without cause.

Billing errors will be corrected and overcharges refunded within 30 days of notification. Disputed charges must be reported within 60 days of the invoice date.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not generate a refund for the current paid period unless required by law. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

3. Usage Fees (Pass-Through Costs)

Variable Usage Fees — covering AI model tokens, compute, storage, bandwidth, and other third-party costs consumed on your behalf — are non-refundable under all circumstances, including termination, suspension, or dispute. These fees represent costs already incurred with third-party providers and cannot be recovered.

4. Statutory Cancellation Rights

Where applicable consumer-protection law grants a statutory cancellation right (for example, the EU Consumer Rights Directive's 14-day cooling-off period), you expressly request that the digital services begin immediately upon purchase and acknowledge that, by doing so, you will lose any right of withdrawal once the services have been fully performed. This does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights you have under your local law.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email billing@proyecta.dev from your account email with your invoice or order number and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days. If approved, Paddle will return the funds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced with at least 30 days' notice as set out in Section 16.4 of the Terms. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
