This Refund Policy supplements our Terms of Service. It explains when refunds are available and how to request one. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
1. Merchant of Record
All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, a service provided by Sold Through Link, LLC ("Lemon Squeezy"), as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy issues refunds on our behalf when approved. Your contract for the Proyecta services remains with Proyecta Labs, Inc..
2. Refund Window
You may request a full refund of prepaid Platform Fees (your Proyecta subscription) within 14 days of your purchase (the "Refund Window"), as provided in Section 16.8 of the Terms of Service. Usage Fees — variable, pass-through charges for third-party resources already consumed, such as AI model tokens and compute — reflect costs we have already incurred on your behalf and are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer-protection law, as described in Section 16.7 of the Terms of Service.
EEA/UK consumers — right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. To withdraw, email billing@proyecta.dev. Because the Services begin immediately, by purchasing you expressly request that we begin performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that (i) you lose the right to withdraw once the Services are fully performed, and (ii) if you withdraw after performance has begun, you must pay a proportionate amount for what has been provided up to that point, including Usage Fees actually incurred on your behalf.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@proyecta.dev with your invoice number or order ID, or contact Lemon Squeezy directly via lemonsqueezy.com/help. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
4. Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms
This policy is supplemented by Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms, which govern your purchase as the merchant-of-record transaction.
5. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
