Connect a domain you already own to your Proyecta app. Add DNS records at your registrar.

Connect a domain you already own (like myapp.com) to your Proyecta app.

Connecting a custom domain requires a Pro plan or above. Free plan users get a free yourapp.proyecta.live subdomain only.

How do I connect my domain?

1. Click Publish in the builder toolbar
2. Click Add a custom domain in the Publish dialog
3. Enter your domain name (e.g., myapp.com)
4. Add the DNS records shown in the dialog to your domain registrar

What are DNS records?

DNS records tell the internet where to find your website. You purchase your domain at a registrar (like Namecheap, GoDaddy, or Cloudflare) and configure DNS records to point it to Proyecta.

Required DNS Records

The exact records are shown in the dialog, and they all point to the same Proyecta IP address:

• Root domain (e.g. myapp.com): add two A records — one with name @ and one with name www — both pointing to the IP shown in the dialog. (www redirects to your root domain.)
• Other subdomain (e.g. app.myapp.com): add a single A record with that hostname pointing to the IP shown in the dialog.

My domain isn’t working. What do I do?

1. Verify DNS records are correct at your registrar
2. Wait up to 48 hours for DNS propagation
3. Check domain status in the Publish dialog
4. If still not working, contact support

Can I connect multiple domains?

Each app can have one published domain at a time — either a Proyecta subdomain or a custom domain. To switch to a custom domain, remove the existing domain first.

How long will it take for my domain to start working?

Usually within minutes, but DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to fully propagate.

My domain works on one device but not another?

This is usually a DNS caching issue. Try clearing your browser cache, flushing DNS, or waiting a few hours.
