Commerce Compliance
KYC, बिज़नेस वेरिफिकेशन, और बैंक अकाउंट सेटअप — ये सब Stripe के embedded onboarding flow द्वारा संभाले जाते हैं, जो Proyecta Commerce settings में built-in है। seller Proyecta app से बाहर गए बिना ही identity verification और bank setup पूरा कर सकता है।
Proyecta Commerce, Stripe Connect के ऊपर बना है। Compliance — Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks, बिज़नेस वेरिफिकेशन, tax ID कलेक्शन, बैंक अकाउंट वेरिफिकेशन, और ongoing identity verification — ये सब Stripe को सौंपे गए हैं।
आपको क्या देना होगा
Section titled “आपको क्या देना होगा”अपने app का admin panel खोलें और Commerce सेक्शन में जाएं। सबसे ऊपर एक onboarding banner दिखेगा — शुरू करने के लिए Complete setup now पर क्लिक करें। Stripe निम्नलिखित जानकारी मांगेगा:
- Business details — legal entity type, रजिस्टर्ड नाम, पता, tax ID
- Business representative — नाम, जन्म तिथि, पता (और कुछ क्षेत्रों में ID verification)
- Bank account — आपके देश के अनुसार routing/IBAN/BSB, payouts के लिए
- Estimated transaction volume — Stripe इसे risk assessment के लिए उपयोग करता है
सटीक fields आपके देश और बिज़नेस टाइप पर निर्भर करती हैं। Stripe localization और regulatory requirements को अपने आप संभालता है।
सपोर्टेड बिज़नेस टाइप्स
Section titled “सपोर्टेड बिज़नेस टाइप्स”Sole proprietorships, LLCs, corporations, partnerships, और अधिकांश non-profit structures सपोर्टेड हैं। कुछ बाज़ारों में अतिरिक्त प्रतिबंध हो सकते हैं — अगर आपका specific structure eligible नहीं है, तो Stripe आपको बता देगा।
Tax handling
Section titled “Tax handling”Stripe Tax configuration सीधे Proyecta के अंदर Commerce > Settings > Sales tax में उपलब्ध है। अपनी tax registrations वहाँ जोड़ें और automatic collection शुरू करें। जब आप कोई checkout बनाते हैं, तो Stripe configured tax rules अपने आप apply कर देता है।
जब तक आप Commerce > Settings में कम से कम एक tax registration नहीं जोड़ते, checkout पर कोई tax collect नहीं होगा — सिस्टम gracefully tax-free sessions पर fall back हो जाता है।
Verification status
Section titled “Verification status”आपका Payment Account status, Stripe की verification state को दर्शाता है:

अगर आप कभी restricted या disabled स्थिति में पहुंच जाते हैं, तो Proyecta के अंदर Commerce > Settings panel में एक notification banner दिखेगा जिसमें ज़रूरी steps बताए जाएंगे। कोई अलग Stripe Dashboard login नहीं है — सब कुछ Proyecta के अंदर से ही manage होता है।
GDPR / data residency
Section titled “GDPR / data residency”Commerce data के लिए specifically, Stripe primary processor है — region-specific guarantees के लिए Stripe की data processing terms देखें।
क्या मुझे registered business की ज़रूरत है?
Sole proprietors और individuals अधिकांश देशों में Stripe Connect के ज़रिए charge कर सकते हैं, हालांकि reduced limits के साथ। एक registered business होने पर higher transaction volumes और अतिरिक्त features unlock होते हैं।
Verification में कितना समय लगता है?
अधिकांश accounts तुरंत verify हो जाते हैं। कुछ को Stripe द्वारा manual review की ज़रूरत होती है — आमतौर पर 1–7 business days। Restricted-region accounts में और अधिक समय लग सकता है।
क्या मैं अपना business country बदल सकता हूँ?
सीधे तौर पर नहीं — Stripe Connect accounts किसी एक देश से tied होते हैं। अगर आपको देश बदलना है, तो आपको एक नया Payment Account बनाना होगा और migrate करना होगा।
