Proyecta Commerce, Stripe के ऊपर बना है। आप किस चीज़ में अटके हैं, उसके आधार पर सही जगह पर पूछना ज़रूरी है।

ज़्यादातर commerce से जुड़े सवाल असल में integration के सवाल होते हैं। AI builder SDK को जानता है और किसी भी सामान्य pattern को wire up कर सकता है:

• "Add a pricing page that shows my Pro and Business products"
• "After a user signs up, create a Proyecta customer and store the id"
• "Gate the /admin route by feature 'admin_access'"
• "Send a welcome email after a successful checkout"

AI, SDK calls, error handling, और edge cases को अपने आप संभाल लेता है।

Stripe की तरफ से आने वाली आम समस्याएं:

• Account verification अटकी हुई → Stripe Dashboard → action banner देखो
• Payouts रुके हुए → Stripe Dashboard → Payouts settings
• Disputed transaction → Stripe Dashboard → evidence के साथ जवाब दो

Status और incidents

Proyecta की तरफ से आने वाले incidents (SDK, builder, runtimes) के लिए, Proyecta का status page देखो या contact form का उपयोग करो।
