Payouts
आपके app की कमाई Stripe के standard schedule पर आपके connected Stripe account में भेजी जाती है। अपना balance और payout history सीधे builder के अंदर देखें।
Proyecta Commerce अंदर से Stripe Connect का उपयोग करता है। जब customers आपके app के ज़रिए भुगतान करते हैं, तो funds आपके connected Stripe account में settle होते हैं, और Stripe उन्हें अपने standard schedule पर आपके bank में भेज देता है।
Payouts आज कैसे काम करते हैं
Section titled “Payouts आज कैसे काम करते हैं”- एक customer checkout के ज़रिए भुगतान करता है
- Funds आपके Stripe Connect account में settle होते हैं
- Stripe अपने standard rolling schedule पर automatically आपके bank account में payout करता है
- आप Stripe Dashboard → Payouts में पूरी payout history देख सकते हैं
Payouts enable करने के लिए आपको कुछ अलग से नहीं करना — Stripe onboarding पूरी करना (Admin > Commerce > Settings tab में) सब कुछ set up कर देता है।
Payout schedule
Section titled “Payout schedule”Stripe की default settlement timing आपके देश और account history पर निर्भर करती है:
- United States — आमतौर पर भुगतान के 2 business days बाद
- United Kingdom / EU — आमतौर पर 2–3 business days
- पहली बार के accounts — शुरुआती payouts में 7–14 दिन लग सकते हैं जब तक Stripe आपका account verify करता है
आप अपने Stripe Dashboard से payout की frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) बदल सकते हैं।
मैं अपना balance कहाँ देखूँ?
Section titled “मैं अपना balance कहाँ देखूँ?”Builder के अंदर: Admin → Commerce → Payouts खोलें। आपको Stripe के embedded components द्वारा संचालित आपका current balance और recent payout history दिखेगी। आप Stripe Dashboard में भी पूरी history देख सकते हैं।
क्या मैं payouts रोक सकता/सकती हूँ?
हाँ, अपने Stripe Dashboard से। Funds आपके Stripe balance में तब तक जमा होते रहेंगे जब तक आप इसे फिर से शुरू नहीं करते।
मैं अपना bank account कैसे बदलूँ?
Stripe Dashboard में अपने connected account की banking settings के अंतर्गत। आप Admin → Commerce section के ऊपर दिखने वाले yellow banner (Complete setup now button) के ज़रिए onboarding दोबारा भी कर सकते हैं, जिससे business और banking details अपडेट हो जाएंगी।
क्या Stripe की processing fees के ऊपर कोई और fees हैं?
Proyecta, Stripe की standard processing rate के ऊपर 2% platform fee लेता है। यह हर भुगतान के समय transaction से काट ली जाती है। (जिन देशों में Stripe connected accounts पर platform fee की अनुमति नहीं देता — फ़िलहाल Mexico — वहाँ 2% माफ़ कर दी जाती है और आप केवल Stripe की fees चुकाते हैं।)
